When is Reconciliation Day?

The first Monday on or after 27 May each year - the anniversary of the 1967 referendum. The ACT is the only jurisdiction that marks it with a public holiday.

Does Canberra follow NSW holidays?

Mostly similar, but not the same. The ACT has Canberra Day in March and Reconciliation Day in May; NSW has neither. Labour Day lines up in October.
